FAQs

  • All Gann students take Hebrew and Jewish Studies classes as part of our curriculum. Don’t know any Hebrew? Not a problem — no prior Hebrew knowledge is required! Fluent in Hebrew? We’ve got courses for you, too. We welcome students with all levels of experience, from complete beginners to fluent speakers.

  • We are proud to support a diverse range of learners through our robust Learning Center. Students with documented learning needs can access the Learning Center for assistance with coursework, executive functioning, and additional resources designed to ensure their academic success.

  • Absolutely. We embrace students and families from across the Jewish spectrum, including those who are kosher, shomer Shabbat (Sabbath observant) and are looking for an intensive traditional Limudei Kodesh (sacred learning) curriculum.

  • Of course! Our pluralistic community is designed to welcome families from all levels of Jewish practice, including those who have not yet explored their Jewish identity.

About half of our students come from public or independent schools, often with little or no Hebrew or Jewish Studies experience. They’re excited to explore these subjects full-time for the first time. The other half of our students come from Jewish day schools and love how Gann feels bigger, more dynamic, and different from previous educational experiences. Wherever you’re starting, we meet you where you are — and help you get where you want to go.

  • Yes! We offer a flexible schedule and support students in pursuing their passions in sports, arts, or other extracurriculars outside of school.
